THE RUNNERS MOT
The Runners MOT session analyses your movement patterns, your strength and your running biomechanics.
Using high-speed action cameras and state of the art GaitOn analysis software, we can identify precise angles and movements untraceable to the naked eye.
When we combine this with strength testing, it allows us to accurately identify what may be contributing to injury or impaired performance.
